The H.E.A.L. Network (“we,” “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it when you use The H.E.A.L. Society app.
We collect the information you give us when you create and use your account: your name, email address, and country; your password (stored only as a secure, encrypted hash — we never see or store your actual password); your Symptom Burden Assessment responses and results; your notification preference and, if you turn notifications on, the subscription your browser or device provides; and basic technical information needed to run the app.
We use your information to create and manage your account; to generate your assessment results and personalized educational guidance; to route you to the correct supplement store for your country; to send you account and welcome emails and, if you opt in, notifications about new features and challenges; and to maintain and improve the app.
Your assessment answers are health-related and we treat them as sensitive. We use them to provide your results and guidance inside the app, and we limit who can access them.
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with the service providers that help us operate the app — for example, our hosting provider and our email provider — and only as needed to provide the service. We may disclose information if required by law.
Notifications are opt-in. You can turn them off at any time in your device or browser settings.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account and data at any time by emailing support@reverseandheal.com.
We use industry-standard measures, including encrypted password storage and secure hosting. No method of storage or transmission is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information.
We use a single secure session cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising trackers.
This app is intended for adults (18+) and is not directed to children.
